Allor has been supplying Flat top rollers and chain for over thirty years and developed the Y5206K bearing package to specifically meet the demands of assembly lines. The Y5206K bearing package and roller assembly was initially designed in the late 1970's to handle the heavy loads and harsh environments of assembly wash lines. It was developed through a joint venture between the GM New Departure Bearing division and Allor Manufacturing to simplify, reduce maintenance costs, increase life, and increase capacity over existing designs. Since then Allor has supplied over 150,000 of these Y5206K style bearings. They have been proven not only in assembly plants but in foundries, steel mills, paper mills, and other harsh environments.
