We can increase bearing life and roller life while decreasing maintenance by upgrading your existing single row ball and tapered bearing designs with an Allor double row bearing assembly. We use a high capacity angular contact double row ball bearing, an all metal labyrinth seal for positive sealing in harsh environments, additional secondary seals, a heavy duty cover, and a high quality extreme pressure lubricant. Varies bearing sizes and a small design footprint allows for easy adaptation into existing designs. All this combined with a roller having a deep case induction hardened tread makes the Allor roller assembly the longest lived, most efficient, and maintenance free conveyor rollers around.

  We also offer optional outer retainer safety collar designs to prevent the rollers from coming off in the event of a catastrophic bearing failure (such as large over pour). This safety design insures that the damaged / locked roller assembly remains secured to the axle thus increasing safety and allowing production to continue until routine PM can correct the problem.
