Allor makes more monoplane and universal mold chain then any other company. We also supply chain to hundreds of foundries and some of the largest mold conveyor OEMs.

We make the heaviest duty mold chain in the industry with tensile strength in excess of 300,000 pounds. We can offer interchangeable parts with practically any chain and axle assembly and keep in stock a large quantity of components
Because a chain is only as good as its weakest link, our link weldments are made from the highest grade steels and our welds are pre-heated, mig welded with the high tensile wire, post heated (stress relieved), and thoroughly inspected. We guarantee all our welds.
Allor also offers guide roller improvements. We can increase bearing life and roller life while decreasing maintenance by upgrading your existing single row ball and tapered bearing designs with an Allor double row bearing assembly. We use a high capacity angular contact double row ball bearing, an all metal labyrinth seal for positive sealing in harsh environments, additional secondary seals, a heavy duty cover, and a high quality extreme pressure lubricant. Various bearing sizes and a small design footprint allows for easy adaptation into existing designs. All of this combined with a roller having a deep case induction hardened tread makes the Allor roller assembly the longest lived, most efficient, and maintenance free conveyor rollers around
