Allor produces tong shoes used to pick up large slabs of steel weighing 100’s of tons. These tongs shoes act as pressure fingers to grip these heavy slabs and must be precisely manufactured, heat treated, final machined, and thoroughly inspected from heat resistant tool steels to insure that the part is the highest quality. This helps insure that the product can handle severe loads and high wear without premature failure.
